Product description

The Magnuson Magnum TVS2650 ‘Hot Rod’ kit brings the efficiency and performance from our hugely popular Challenger/Charger Supercharger System to your next HEMI engine swap project. The Magnum TVS2650 Supercharger System is designed specifically for Dodge 5.7L and 6.4L engines with a Challenger/Charger accessory drive system. (Click here for the Magnum Hot Rod kit for 2009-2010 5.7L and 6.4L Engines)

Built with both engine swaps and high horsepower builds in mind, on a stock 6th Generation Charger, the kit produces 155hp and 155 ft-lbs of torque with no other modifications. With appropriate engine modifications, the Magnum TVS2650 Hot Rod Kit is capable of supporting up to 1500 Horsepower.

The Supercharger's large liquid-to-air intercoolers keeps your Intake Air Temperatures in check, providing consistent and repeatable performance. When combined with one of our separately available Magnuson universal cooling systems, you have a supercharger system with IATs that are typically only 20-40 degrees (Fahrenheit) over the ambient temperature. The Supercharger features a vacuum operated bypass system allowing air to bypass the supercharger and the rotors to “free-spin" under light engine loads. While in "free-spin," the supercharger uses less than a third of a horsepower allowing your supercharged vehicle to maintain stock-like drivability and fuel economy - giving you a package that delivers power without compromise.

Order yours today and unleash the power of the Magnuson Supercharger on your build!

FAQs

What engines and front-drive layout is this HEMI TVS2650 Hot Rod kit designed for?
This Magnum TVS2650 Hot Rod kit is designed for 2011+ 5.7L and 6.4L HEMI engines using the beltline/accessory-drive layout found on 2011+ car and SUV applications. That “as shipped” alignment is meant to simplify belt routing and packaging on engine-swap builds.
Is the pulley included, and how flexible is boost setup over time?
The pulley is sold separately, allowing you to choose the drive ratio that matches your build and boost target. The cartridge-style drive design is engineered to make future pulley changes straightforward as your combination evolves.
How much power headroom is this Hot Rod TVS2650 system built to support?
This Hot Rod package is designed with high-output builds in mind and is described as capable of supporting up to 1,500 horsepower with the appropriate supporting modifications. The core hardware is intended to be a serious foundation, from strong street builds to all-out race projects.
What does the intercooling and bypass strategy do for drivability?
The system uses a high-flow charge-air cooling design plus a vacuum-operated bypass that unloads the supercharger at idle and part throttle. That keeps cruising manners smooth and efficient, then delivers immediate boost response when you roll into the throttle.
Do I need external oil lines or extra supercharger oil cooling to run this kit?
No, this supercharger is built around proven maintenance-free technology and does not require external oil lines or additional supercharger oil cooling components. That keeps the installation cleaner and reduces long-term service touchpoints.
