The Magnuson Magnum TVS2650 ‘Hot Rod’ kit brings the efficiency and performance from our hugely popular Challenger/Charger Supercharger System to your next HEMI engine swap project. Built with both engine swaps and high horsepower builds in mind, on a stock 6th Generation Charger, the kit produces 155hp and 155 ft-lbs of torque with no other modifications. With appropriate engine modifications, the Magnum TVS2650 Hot Rod Kit is capable of supporting up to 1500 Horsepower.

The Supercharger's large liquid-to-air intercoolers keeps your Intake Air Temperatures in check, providing consistent and repeatable performance. When combined with one of our separately available Magnuson universal cooling systems, you have a supercharger system with IATs that are typically only 20-40 degrees (Fahrenheit) over the ambient temperature. The Supercharger features a vacuum operated bypass system allowing air to bypass the supercharger and the rotors to “free-spin" under light engine loads. While in "free-spin," the supercharger uses less than a third of a horsepower allowing your supercharged vehicle to maintain stock-like drivability and fuel economy - giving you a package that delivers power without compromise.

NOTE: This kit is designed to work with all Hellcat or 2013+ 5.7/6.4L throttle bodies. The stock, pre-2013 5.7/6.1L throttle body will not fit the included throttle body adaptor.

Which HEMI engines does this 5.7/6.1 TVS2650 Hot Rod kit fit?
This kit is designed for Dodge 5.7L engines from 2009-2010 and 6.1L HEMI engines from 2005-2010. It’s intended for custom builds where you’re integrating the HEMI into a swap or race project.
Will my factory throttle body bolt up to the included adaptor?
The included throttle-body adaptor is designed to work with Hellcat throttle bodies or 2013+ 5.7/6.4L throttle bodies. The pre‑2013 5.7L/6.1L throttle body is not compatible with the adaptor.
What does the integrated intercooler do on this Hot Rod package?
A large integrated liquid-to-air intercooler is built into the system to control intake air temperatures under boost. That cooling capacity supports consistent power delivery when the build sees repeated pulls or sustained load.
How does the bypass valve affect street drivability?
The vacuum bypass system unloads the supercharger at idle and part throttle so the rotors can free-spin under light load for smooth cruising. When boost is needed, the bypass closes for immediate response.
Is this supercharger setup maintenance-free?
The supercharger is designed as a maintenance-free unit without external supercharger oil cooler/heater complexity.
